Job Summary
Sell and serve food and beverages to guests while delivering best-in-class service throughout the entire guest experience. Maintain complete knowledge of the restaurant's menu, ring orders on a computer, and accept various payment methods. Serve 3 to 6 tables at a time, consistently upsell alcohol and food items, and clear and reset tables quickly to ensure smooth operations. Check guest identification to verify age for alcohol consumption, observe guest behavior, and refuse service politely to those under 21 or who appear impaired. Interact with guests in a friendly, fast manner, report unhappy guests to managers, and maintain specific side-work standards. Report to work in a neat, clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.

- After training, have the ability to Serve 3 to 6 Tables at a time and meet or exceed the companies Best in Class Standards, described in training.
- Able to consistently up sell alcohol and food items.
- Able to interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner.
- If consuming alcoholic beverages, observe guest's behavior, count number of drinks served, and if the server feels they should not drive, always inform management.
- Communicates with Managers to inform them of any unhappy guest.
- Takes and fills togo orders, if applicable.
