Job Summary
Serve guests at the bar or dining area, taking orders and delivering food and drinks while sharing knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, cocktails, and menu items. Maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere and ensure guest satisfaction through accurate payments, smooth service, and collaboration with the team to enable seamless service between bar, kitchen, and dining areas. Required Qualifications
- One or two years of serving experience, preferably in a tasting room, taproom, or craft cocktail environment
- Comfort with both bar service and table service duties

- Passion for craft cocktails, spirits, and creative drink execution
- Outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and accuracy
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work nights and weekends
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
