Job Summary
Assess, anticipate, and meet guests' needs while responding quickly without losing focus or projecting a mood that detracts from the dining experience. Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, adapting to different personalities while comprehensively understanding menu items to explain food and beverage options accurately. Resolve problems using good judgment, tact, and initiative according to company policy and procedure. Operate mechanical devices such as cash registers, Micros System, and hot beverage makers, ensuring a clean and organized workspace per side work guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and execute management instructions thoroughly. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team with minimal supervision, prioritizing organization and follow-up. Requires a flexible schedule for day and night shifts; current Servsafe Food Handler Certificate required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Server in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
- Needs to have a minimum of one-year experience in a similar position
- Flexible schedule – must be available to work a variety of shifts
- Current Servsafe Food Handler Certificate Required
