Job Summary
Greet guests promptly with professionalism and warmth, then accurately take and input food and beverage orders while presenting menu items and highlighting specials. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, anticipate guest needs, and respond to requests with care. Maintain table cleanliness by busing, sanitizing, and resetting according to standards, while communicating effectively with kitchen staff to support service execution. Accurately process cash and credit card transactions and adhere to all food safety and sanitation policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, our menu and beverage offerings
- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel
- Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
- Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state
- Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions
Desired Qualifications
- Prior restaurant service experience preferred
