Job Summary
The Server works as part of the assisted living facility dining team to provide warm, high-quality food and beverage service to residents. Responsibilities include greeting residents, taking and delivering orders according to dietary needs, ensuring accurate and timely meal service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area and assisting the culinary team with utensil and dish supplies, as well as supporting kitchen cleanup and overall sanitation. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to operate POS, and sensitivity to seniors’ needs are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Required Health Screening
- TB Clearance
- Criminal Record Clearance
- First Aid/ CPR Certified
- Previous experience as a server preferred
