Job Summary
As a Server at Chili's, you will provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest, learn the menu to explain offerings, and perform opening and closing duties. You must partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, demonstrate a great attitude towards Guests and Team Members, and be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
