Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, provide menu recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders while delivering items efficiently. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle special requests or complaints professionally, and promote daily specials, beverages, and upsell opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery and comply with all alcohol and food service regulations. Available for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet local age requirements for alcohol service, where applicable

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Adherence to the Hotel's grooming and appearance standards required
