Job Summary
Conduct front-of-house service by answering guest questions, handling requests and complaints with satisfaction as the priority, and maintaining thorough product knowledge of food, wine, and liquor. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed while reporting potentially unsafe conditions and adhering to all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a uniform, practice positive personal hygiene, and follow emergency procedures during shifts. Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
