Job Summary
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately while providing courteous service to residents. Set up and clear tables to ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and properly stocked. Engage with residents in a warm manner and accommodate dietary needs and special requests in coordination with kitchen staff. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy environment. Work closely with the culinary and dietary teams to support efficient meal service and resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or other serving equipment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
