Job Summary
Server responsible for delivering personalized fine-dining service, greeting guests by name, communicating dietary needs, and guiding guests through food and beverage offerings. Maintains expert knowledge of menu, beverages, wine and spirits, adheres to state liquor regulations, operates POS and service systems, and collaborates with kitchen and events teams. Must complete opening/closing duties, monitor specials, manage sanitation of service area, and work as part of a team to provide exceptional dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2 year experience as a fine dining server
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits and beers
- Food Handlers Certification
- High school graduate or equivalent and some college
- Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service
- Certification in alcohol awareness program
