Job Summary
A Server at Roaring River State Park will engage guests with friendly, efficient service while taking orders, using POS, delivering meals and beverages, bussing and resetting tables, and ensuring compliance with alcohol-service regulations. Responsibilities include processing payments, preparing checks, handling cash and credit card receipts, setting up workstations, maintaining clean front-of-house areas, and supporting host/busser/food runner duties as needed. Requires ServSafe certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of restaurant experience; must be able to work varied shifts and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year minimum experience in a restaurant establishment
- ServSafe Certification (Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company F&B policy)
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Good communication skills and cash handling ability
