Job Summary
Take customer orders and relay them accurately to kitchen staff while serving food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness. Maintain a clean and organized section by pre-bussing and bussing tables throughout the shift, and handle customer concerns promptly and positively. Perform running side work to ensure all positions have what they need to be successful, utilizing the Toast POS system for order entry and payments. This role requires standing for extended periods and excellent communication skills within a team dedicated to Rocky Mountain Hospitality at The Rib & Chop House in Bozeman, Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Prior server experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
