Job Summary
Take customer orders and relay them accurately to kitchen staff while serving food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness. Maintain a clean and organized section by pre-bussing and bussing tables throughout the shift, and handle customer concerns promptly and positively. Perform side work to ensure all positions have what they need to be successful, using the Toast POS system for entering orders and processing payments. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at The Rib & Chop House, known for premium steaks, fresh seafood, and award-winning baby back ribs, where you will contribute to Rocky Mountain Hospitality and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Prior server experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
