Job Summary
Take customer orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages with professionalism. Maintain a clean and organized section by pre-bussing and bussing tables throughout the shift. Handle customer concerns promptly and positively while performing side work to ensure all positions have what they need. Use the Toast POS system for entering orders and processing payments. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at The Rib & Chop House, known for premium steaks, fresh seafood, and award-winning baby back ribs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Prior server experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
