Job Summary
Provide First Class Service in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment, guiding each phase of the guest dining experience with confidence and care; use knowledge of RH’s menu to make informed recommendations; process guest payments efficiently and in accordance with safety and security procedures; maintain quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the dining room; engage guests as a brand ambassador and uphold RH hospitality standards; support the team with a “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” approach to keep the dining area refined and prepared; comply with safety, sanitation, and labor regulations; physical ability to move and lift items up to 50 lbs; must be available to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application
- Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol and/or perform kitchen responsibilities per local regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
