Job Summary
The Server is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and accurate food service to guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering items from kitchen to tables, and completing payments. Duties include greeting guests, describing menu options, preparing coffee and specialized drinks, clearing and resetting tables, ensuring knowledge of current offerings and hotel amenities, seating guests, observing and responding to guest requests, and assisting with daily inventory and side work. Emphasis on friendly guest interactions, knowledge of safety practices, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in both front- and back-of-house areas.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
