Job Summary
Greet guests, take drink and appetizer orders with upselling, and deliver orders to tables in a timely manner. Pre-bus tables for plates, glasses, and silverware, present checks, and refill drinks while upselling desserts. Clear and reset tables as guests leave, then perform light housekeeping duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting restaurant and bar areas. Clean, stock, and prep the restaurant and bar at the end of the night. Additional duties as needed and instructed by managers. Located on Stockton's Waterfront near the Arena and Ballpark, this role requires food service safety certification and strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Food service safety certification
- Must be friendly, courteous, and ethical; must always execute a high level of integrity
- Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task efficiently and accurately
- Possesses a 'can-do' attitude in any circumstance and is always willing to go 'above and beyond' in any employment or customer service situation
