Job Summary
Server Repair Technician at Aristocrat responsible for defect logging, following detailed assembly instructions, performing multi-stage assembly of slot machines and components, conducting visual and functional quality checks, executing advanced tests on completed items, reporting safety and quality concerns, and completing internal transactions in D365. The role requires adherence to ISO/Quality standards, OSHA health and safety guidelines, and company policies. The candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse settings, proficiency with hand tools, ability to follow complex instructions, familiarity with electronics and circuits (AC/DC) preferred, and an understanding of ESD, lean manufacturing, and 6S practices; willingness to work extended hours and weekends; strong communication in English and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of manufacturing-related experience or warehouse environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends
- Proficiency with standard hand tools (socket wrenches, screwdrivers, nut drivers)
- Ability to follow complex assembly instructions
- Familiarity with electronic circuits and components (AC/DC) preferred
- Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience preferred
- Understanding of ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to stand and walk through entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 500 pounds with aids
