Organize dining rooms and set tables with clean dishes, linens, silverware, and glassware before guests arrive. Assist guests with seating, take entrée orders, and clear empty plates and dirty silverware during service. After guests depart, clear dishes, strip linens, and break down furniture as needed. Complete side work such as filling salt and pepper shakers, wiping serving trays, and polishing silver and plates. Communicate professionally with the floor captain, Executive Chef, Maître D', and Banquet Operations Manager to handle requests and complaints while maintaining smooth event operations.
