Job Summary
Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality with prompt, world-class dining service. Guide guests through menus, demonstrate thorough food and beverage knowledge, and take accurate orders while partnering with the team for organized delivery. Set and reset tables, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining areas, and assist with meal preparation, bar, and coffee shop operations as scheduled. Support stock levels and special events while working flexible shifts including holidays and weekends. Requires high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and food server experience; Bar Card and POS system knowledge preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements
- Food server/hospitality experience required
- Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment and prepare food which meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards
- Able to be flexible and work a variety of shifts including holidays, weekends and for pre-planned special events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with staff and residents
Desired Qualifications
- Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements
- Knowledge of a POS system preferred
