Job Summary
Greet guests and deliver accurate orders in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant with an emphasis on hospitality. Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings (ingredients, allergens, and pairings), provide personalized recommendations, maintain cleanliness in service areas, and ensure smooth service through effective team communication with bar, kitchen, and staff. Handle cash and card transactions, follow food safety procedures, and contribute to a positive, professional guest experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required; 21+ with at least one year of serving experience preferred; strong multitasking, attention to detail, and POS/cash-handling skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of one year of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with restaurant service standards, point-of-sale systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
