Job Summary
Greet members within one minute of arrival, memorize daily specials, and input orders into the POS system while delivering food and beverages. Clear unneeded items from tables, refill drinks, and check on dining members frequently. Present checks for signature, maintain accurate member checks, and turn settlements in to the Manager on Duty. Reset tables, clean equipment and service areas per side work sheets, and stock supplies, reporting shortages as needed. Adhere to uniform standards and front-of-house cleanliness protocols. Requires one year of serving experience. Part-time positions available at Ansley Golf Club in Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year serving experience
- Adheres to uniform standards while on property
- Reports to duty as scheduled
- Cleans equipment and service area as prescribed by side work sheets at beginning and end of shift
- Checks and cleans all front of the house dining areas as applicable prior to meal service times
- Maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and neatness in front of the house dining areas
- Stocks and maintains all supplies needed for shift
- Memorizes daily Food and Beverage specials
- Greets Members in a warm and friendly manner within 1 minute of arrival
- Is knowledgeable about menu and wine list
- Takes Food and Beverage order and inputs to POS system
- Presents Checks for signature and maintains accurate member checks
- Resets tables
- Assists co-workers with Member service
- Consistently maintains and expands food and beverage knowledge specifically as related to Club Menus and Offerings
