Job Summary
Take and serve food and beverage orders to guests per established standards; enter orders into POS, communicate special requests to culinary team; assemble items (appetizers, salads, soups); ensure attractive presentation and correct serving temperatures; stay knowledgeable on offerings and changes; process guest payments with proper cash handling; keep dining area clean and organized; leverage upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
- Weekend availability required
