Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, set tables per event/service standards, answer questions on menu selections, communicate with the kitchen about menu questions and guest needs, record transactions in MICROS, ensure guest satisfaction with each course, maintain cleanliness, complete closing duties, and present accurate checks for payment. Follow safety policies, protect assets, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. Read and verify information, stand and move for extended periods, and handle lifting and movement of items as described. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience; no license or certification required.
