Job Summary
Servers provide guest service in a restaurant setting, taking and delivering orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining pace with guests from casual lunches to packed Saturday nights. Must have great communication, energy, and teamwork, with the ability to lift 15-30lbs, stand for long shifts, and participate in a 3% tip-pooling arrangement. Shifts (part-time or full-time) are based on availability and management discretion. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered to team members averaging at least 30 hours per week after the first year.
