Conduct guest service by anticipating needs and maintaining pace from casual lunches to packed Saturday nights while lifting 15-30lbs and handling cash transactions. Stand for the full shift length and communicate effectively as part of a dynamic team. Actual work hours vary based on shift availability and management discretion. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to team members averaging at least 30 hours weekly after the first year, subject to a mandatory 3% net sales tip pooling arrangement with other qualified tipped employees.
