Connect with guests and anticipate their needs to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience while handling cash transactions and managing packed shifts from casual lunches to Saturday nights. Lift 15-30lbs, maintain great communication skills, and work as part of a team with high energy and attention to detail. Actual work hours depend on shift availability and management discretion. The Rose Group offers medical, dental, and vision insurance to team members averaging at least 30 hours a week after the first year, with a mandatory 3% net sales tip pooling arrangement.
