Job Summary
Provide attentive guest service as a restaurant server in a fast-paced setting, taking care of guests from casual lunches to packed Saturday nights. Must connect with guests, work well in a team, maintain energy, and show strong communication. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, standing for shifts, lifting up to 30lbs, and keeping pace with guests. Participation in a mandatory tip-pooling arrangement of 3% net sales from each shift with other tipped employees is required. Work hours will be based on shift availability; roles may be full-time or part-time. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance after averaging at least 30 hours per week for the first year.
