Job Summary
Serve guests in an assigned station by providing courteous and efficient service that meets or exceeds dining expectations. Greet guests promptly, verify legal alcohol purchase ability, and execute procedures to prevent overindulgence. Learn all menus, communicate food and beverage offerings, and use suggestive selling techniques. Record orders, enter them into the computer system, monitor preparation status, and safely transport orders from kitchen to guest. Monitor and address guest needs during meals, collect monies owed, and perform tip declaration activities. Perform daily cleaning, food running, and station set-up/break-down responsibilities as assigned. Complete training requirements and follow service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Experience in and passion for consumer service
- Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player
- An attitude of flexibility and mindfulness about the team approach
- Ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items
- Regularly walks and stands
- Occasionally lifts up to 50lbs

- Clean and clear service areas
- Follow proper procedures as disclosed in Standard Operating Procedures as explained to staff
- Ability to effectively use suggestive selling techniques
