Server (Primary and Secondary) Weekend

A Server (Food Server/Waiter/Waitress) at Momiji provides front-of-house service including greeting and seating customers, taking and communicating orders, upselling menu items, and delivering food. Responsibilities include answering questions about the menu, ensuring accurate order entry to the kitchen, handling payments via POS, following OLCC alcohol-service guidelines, maintaining high-quality service, assisting with kitchen coordination and station duties (including tempura), and performing cleaning and sanitation tasks while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be available on weekends (Friday–Sunday) and be able to obtain/hold a valid food handler and OLCC card. The role emphasizes customer service, menu knowledge, multitasking, and adherence to safety policies.
