Greet each Fan from arrival to departure, providing warm and friendly service while maintaining table cleanliness through pre-bussing and clutter removal. Take food and beverage orders accurately on paper and enter them into the POS system, timing appetizers, kids' meals, and entrees per Fan requests. Upsell menu items, explain choices, and inform guests of promotions, Happy Hours, and upcoming events. Collect payments following established accounting procedures and ensure alcohol awareness procedures are followed for all guests. Deliver orders or follow up with Service Assistants to confirm order quality, while adhering to safety, sanitation, and opening/closing checklists. Maintain a cooperative climate with Players and complete other duties as requested by the Coach.
