Job Summary
Servers ensure Fans receive an exceptional dining experience through providing service in a timely and proficient manner, while being attentive to the Fans needs. The role requires knowledge of the menu, upselling and promoting specials, accurate order entry into POS, maintaining station cleanliness, adherence to safety and sanitation policies, handling payments, and fostering teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Stands 100% of the shift
- Able to deliver food, beverages, and clear tables which may require lifting as much as 50lbs
- Possesses basic math skills
- Completes and passes the RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable
