Provide warm and friendly service from initial greeting to end of experience, ensuring timely and proficient delivery of food and beverages. Possess proficient menu knowledge to explain choices, inform guests of promotions, and execute upsells. Write orders accurately on paper and POS, timing service items per request, while maintaining table appearance through pre-bussing and drink checks. Collect payments following accounting procedures and adhere to alcohol awareness, safety, and sanitation policies. Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists, plus weekly and monthly cleaning tasks. Maintain cooperative relationships with all team members and perform other duties as needed per Coach request.
