Job Summary
Prepare dining areas for meals by setting tables with dinnerware and decorations. Serve accurate and attractive meals in a timely manner while ensuring proper food temperature. Obtain meal orders and communicate with residents to respond to meal requests. Monitor and maintain proper supply levels in work areas and dining rooms. Maintain adequate cleanliness of dining services equipment and ensure proper food storage according to policy. May operate the dishwasher and observe changes in residents' dining habits to report to appropriate personnel.
