Job Summary
Prepare dining areas for meals by setting tables with dinnerware and decorations. Serve accurate and attractive meals in a timely manner while ensuring proper food temperature. Obtain meal orders and respond to customer requests. Monitor and maintain proper levels of supplies and food items in work areas and dining rooms. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and dining areas, including operating the dishwasher when appropriate. Ensure proper storage of food items according to policy and maintain adequate cleanliness of dining services equipment. Observe and report changes in residents dining habits to appropriate personnel. This role supports Presbyterian Senior Living's mission to foster teamwork and uphold integrity in serving 6,000+ older adults.
