Job Summary
Guide guests through ordering food and beverages, accurately enter items into the POS system, deliver completed items, present checks, and complete payments. Collaborate with other service positions to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their experience. Maintain an enthusiastic brand ambassador presence while operating under pressure with a sense of urgency. This full-time or part-time role requires a flexible schedule often working weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with shifts ranging from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. One year of full-service restaurant experience is required, along with State Food Handler's and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications. Required Qualifications
- Full-time (30 hours or more) or part-time position (30 hours or less) that requires a flexible schedule, often working weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Normal shifts include as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m. and can fluctuate often.
- 1 year of full-service restaurant experience; combined industry experience will be considered.
- State Food Handler's Certification is required
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required
