Job Summary
Guide guests through ordering food and beverages, accurately enter items into the POS system, deliver completed items, present checks, and process payments. Collaborate with other service positions to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their experience. Maintain an eye for details, uphold standards, and remain calm under pressure while operating with a sense of urgency. This full-time or part-time role requires 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, a high-school diploma, State Food Handler's Certification, and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification. Shifts often run from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Full-time (30 hours or more) or part-time position (30 hours or less) that requires a flexible schedule, often working weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Normal shifts include as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m. and can fluctuate often.
- 1 year of full-service restaurant experience; combined industry experience will be considered.
- State Food Handler's Certification is required
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required
