Job Summary
Serve food and beverages professionally and timely, assisting guests with menu selections, answering ingredient and dietary questions, and taking accurate orders. Anticipate guest needs by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and offering dessert or coffee options while promoting menu items and specials. Check in periodically to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Adhere to all cleaning and safety standards, attend daily pre-shift meetings, and follow the food & beverage sequence of service with attention to detail. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Shifts run between 10:30am and sunset in summer.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Basic communication skills
- One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace
- Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
