Job Summary
Greet guests with authentic hospitality, present menus, and make thoughtful recommendations while accurately taking orders into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks promptly, anticipate guest needs, and maintain knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and wine pairings. Work closely with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain cleanliness of assigned sections. Handle guest concerns professionally and notify a manager when necessary. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with competitive hourly pay plus tips.
