Job Summary
The server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests while working closely with the Club Manager and kitchen staff. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, maintaining a clean service area, and effectively handling customer complaints. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in food service, strong communication and multitasking skills, and be able to work flexible hours. Certification in alcohol training and food safety is required within the initial month of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service or hospitality role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read and speak English
- State accredited Alcohol Training, SERVsafe Certification, and other required training must be completed within the first 30 days of hire
