Server-Pinehurst Country Club-Full Time

Serve meals to Members/Guests and present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, and wine. Relay orders accurately to kitchen and serve courses; perform side work; stock credenzas to SOP; greet Members/Guests by name at least three times during service; efficiently deliver and serve food/beverage orders; restock station for next meal; check out with supervisor. Knowledge of menu items, preparation, and prices; responsible for financial accounting of each station per established procedures; use Infogenesis system. Attend required training and meetings; be available to work in various Food and Beverage locations and holidays as needed. Requires ability to stand/walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste and smell; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
