Job Summary
Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in community dining rooms and designated areas, adhering to Phoenix Senior Living standards. Manage dining set-up, meal service delivery, and dining room cleaning while strictly following sanitary procedures and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for food safety. Handle all food items in compliance with infection control protocols. Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities, stress management, and time organization skills to support peak service delivery. Work flexible shifts including weekdays, every other weekend, evenings, and peak times.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours
- Available for our customers at peak service delivery days and times
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living
- Understanding of infection control procedures
- Demonstrate the ability to Multi task and Manage Stress
- Competent in time management / organizational skills
- Understands and embraces the assisted living philosophy
