Job Summary
Greet guests courteously, take verbal orders, and serve high-quality food while monitoring temperatures to ensure safety. Handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards securely; write guest checks and operate POS equipment. Maintain workstation and pantry cleanliness, perform side duties like rolling silverware, and execute the full service cycle. Anticipate system breakdowns and communicate with managers regarding product or safety issues. Work evening shifts from 3pm to 11pm, including dinners, nights, and weekends, under heavy stress during peak times. Lift trays up to 20 pounds and require frequent standing and walking.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Must have high level of mobility/flexibility
- Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy stress/pressure during peak times
- Must possess a high level of coordination
- Must lift and carry serving trays weight up to 20 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
- Must be able to fit through an opening 30" wide
- Requires frequent reaching, bending, pushing and pulling
- Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors
- Requires continual standing and walking
- Trustworthy; can be relied upon to deal with payment of guest checks and operate cash register
- Must be able to work Evening shifts - Dinners/Nights/Weekends 3pm-11pm Availability
