Job Summary
As a Server at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, you will provide friendly and efficient guest service according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling cash and payment methods, taking verbal drink and meal orders, serving food, ensuring orders are complete and presented attractively, monitoring food temperatures to minimize risk factors, maintaining cleanliness of the workstation and pantry, performing side work, executing the service cycle and team responsibilities, maintaining menu knowledge to support suggestive selling, processing guest checks or operating POS equipment, communicating with managers and coworkers about deficiencies or safety issues, and contributing to a high guest-satisfaction environment. Required Qualifications

- Must have high level of mobility/flexibility
- Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy stress/pressure during peak times

- Requires frequent reaching, bending, pushing and pulling
- Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors
