Server

Greet guests and take all food and beverage orders with accuracy, including substitutions. Be knowledgeable of all menu items and ingredients related to common dietary restrictions. Pre- and post-bus tables in the assigned station and maintain a clean dining area. Handle payments accurately and timely; perform opening/closing and side-work duties. Prepare food items for guests (appetizers, sides, and desserts) and assist other servers with their tables. Ensure equipment is in good working order, report any repairs or supplies needed, and monitor sanitation and organization of service areas. Follow the 4 Keys service standards, SOPs, and safety standards, follow safety and security procedures, work cohesively with coworkers and departments as part of a team, and adhere to attendance and reliability standards. Additional duties as assigned by management. Must communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, multi-task efficiently, and have strong attention to detail. Knowledge of state food safety guidelines and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required.
