Job Summary
Greet guests, acknowledge their needs, and guide them through the menu while serving food courses and alcoholic beverages promptly. Record transactions in the InfoGenesis system, communicate menu details and special requests to the kitchen, and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction after each course. Set up pool stations, maintain cleanliness of glassware and utensils, and process payments with accurate checks. Complete closing duties including restocking and requisition turns, run tables when available, and monitor guest activity for safety. Adhere to all departmental policies, cash handling procedures, and safe work habits while maintaining a professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- Previous experience passionately providing food and beverage service to others preferred
- TIPS and Food Handler certifications are required
- Familiarity of restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred
- People Person
- Great communicator
- Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing
- Must be able to work outdoors for an extended period
- Must work and assist other departments in case of inclement weather
Desired Qualifications
