Server - Part-time

Server to work in a bright, welcoming dining room at Cogir Senior Living, part-time. Responsibilities include serving meals to residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner, setting and clearing dining tables, delivering tray service, assisting with dishware, maintaining dining area cleanliness, supporting catering and special events, training and orienting new culinary staff, complying with health, safety, and provincial regulations, upholding residents’ rights, attending in-service training and staff meetings, participating in Quality Improvement initiatives, and upholding the organization’s Code of Conduct and values. Proficiency in a second language is considered an asset; ability to lift/carry heavy items and stand/walk for the shift; VPS screening within 6 months or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
