Job Summary
Serve delicious meals, record guest meals, and report to the Business Office Director while recognizing department needs and reporting concerns to the Culinary Services Director. Assist in special meal preparations, daily operations, and dining room cleaning, ensuring strict adherence to community infection control policies and food safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Services leadership. This part-time role at Vitality Living's Oasis at Coral Reef Community supports a vibrant community focused on meaningful experiences for residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to demonstrate adherence to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service; including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Understands food safety procedures (e.g. temperature safety), sanitation of equipment measures, and storage techniques
- Ability to have awareness of team dynamic, inventory, safety and cleanliness
