Job Summary
Maintain knowledge of the menu, special items, and bar offerings to provide quick, attentive, and professional service to banquet guests. Ensure food items are served at proper temperatures immediately upon availability, with neat presentation and no spill-over. Pre-bus tables and stock beverage stations during peak periods while communicating clearly with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff. Build and maintain a professional appearance and high responsiveness to customer desires. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with availability during many peak periods, holding a Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification. This role offers a $4.00 to $5.00 hourly rate, is tip eligible, and includes 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card
- Ability to acquire and maintain Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Ability to acquire and maintain other required compliance trainings
