Job Summary
Provide prompt, efficient, and pleasant member service during lunch and dinner timeframes at Sawgrass Country Club. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while demonstrating strong time management, customer service, and teamwork skills. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of three shifts per week across seven days. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess strong customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile. Free lunch is provided to fuel success, along with holiday bonuses, referral rewards, and partial uniform coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Must understand Service Culture and maintaining successful Member Experience
- Have strong customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Minimum one (1) year hospitality experience (preferred)
- Seven-day operation, open/ flexible availability required
- Minimum three shifts per week
- Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Exhibit strong time management, customer service, and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- Possess knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits (preferred but not required)
